Conditions of Service: January - December 2012

The following Rates & Conditions apply within the Republic of South Africa & neighboring countries:

General Conditions

1. In the event of out-of-town assignments (1 hour or more traveling time from Pringle Bay, Cape Province), 20% should be added to the quoted fees (*). Please note that the quoted fees relate to interventions conducted in South Africa with South African based organisations.

2. The above fees EXCLUDE Vat, Hotel Accommodation, Business class airfare, Excess baggage for equipment if applicable, Car hire(full collision, theft and excess coverage) and all printed materials/documents.

3. Reduced rates can be negotiated for on-going assignments and non-profit organisations.

4. Under special circumstances barter agreements may also be negotiated.

5. For all residential learningshops and sessions involving large numbers of delegates, use will be made at our discretion, of an appropriate number of associates at the rates quoted above.

Booking Conditions

1. When a programme/session date is finalised and/or a service fee is agreed upon either verbally or in writing, this will constitute a CONFIRMED AND LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW. A 50% non-refundable deposit is then required with the balance payable on or before the commencement date.

2. In the event of any cancellation, change or postponement, 11 or more days before the commencement date of the session for any reason whatsoever, the deposit is forfeited to AAHA Learning. Note that substitutions may be made for individuals/groups unable to attend confirmed bookings.

3. In the event of any cancellation, change or postponement, 10 or more days before the commencement date of the session for any reason whatsoever, the full fee shall be due and payable by the client. The period of ten days shall exclude the day on which the session takes place.

4. Interest based on the current prime overdraft rate will be levied on outstanding accounts. Any account overdue for more than 30 days may be handed over for formal collection.

5. Should there be any queries regarding the terms of the above conditions of service, please contact our offices for clarification failing which the client will be deemed to have accepted these conditions fully and finally.

International

The following Rates & Conditions apply to services rendered in places outside the Southern African Region:

International Rates and Conditions: January - December 2011

1. Facilitation/Consultation fees:
   Dr B Copley: 9800 (Euro) per day or part thereof
   Associate: 4500 (Euro) per day or part thereof.

2. Business class airfare, hotel accommodation and road transport costs are not included in the above fees and must be borne by the client.

3. When a programme/session date is finalised and a service fee is agreed upon either verbally or in writing, this will constitute a CONFIRMED AND LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT OR BOOKING. A 50% non-refundable deposit is then required with the balance payable on or within the start of the programme.

4. In the event of any cancellation, change or postponement 11 or more days before the commencement date of the session for any reason whatsoever, the deposit is forfeited to AAHA Learning and the balance shall not be due and payable by the client. Note that substitutions may be made for individuals/groups unable to attend confirmed bookings.

5. In the event of any cancellation, change or postponement 10 or more days before the commencement date of the session for any reason whatsoever, the full fee shall be due and payable by the client. The period of ten days shall exclude the day on which the session takes place.
