We live in a perpetually vibrating universe and sound vibration significantly influences our ability to think, feel, move, see and communicate effectively. In many cultures and especially in indigenous traditions, sound has been used for centuries to heal diseased bodies, troubled minds and help people regain a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Sound and music therapies are widely recognised by modern psycho-therapy as important tools in restoring and maintaining holistic wellbeingness.

Participants will be introduced to a variety of both ancient and modern musical instruments.

Fun for the whole family and suitable for people of all ages, musicians, non-musicians and for anyone who loves music or is interested in exploring their musical potential!

Soundscape Journey

A relaxing and rejuvenating "whole body" sonic experience highly recommended for all workaholics , rushaholics and rat race competitors ! !

Sound and music has been used for centuries to heal diseased bodies, troubled minds and help people regain a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Using a variety of modern and ancient musical instruments acclaimed multi-instrumentalist Dr Bruce Copley and accomplished cellist Barbara Kennedy affectionately referred to as the "Rat race exterminators" will take you on a soundscape journey that will refresh, rejuvenate and integrate your body, mind, heart and spirit. This unique sound and music rendezvous awaits you.

NB: This experience involves lying down on the floor, so bring a thin camping mattress or thick duvet to lie on, a warm blanket and a pillow.

Please note: Participants must be 10 years or older.

The Magic of Kite Flying

One of the most ancient recreational pursuits found in most world cultures. Come and experience what it feels like to fly state of the art single and dual line modern kites. Fun for the whole family and a walk down memory lane for all those who flew kites as children.
