This illustration humorously and succinctly captures what commonly occurs in our misguided attempts to communicate, teach and learn. A revolutionary holistic or systemic approach developed over the past 2 decades by Dr Bruce Copley the internationally acclaimed holistic edutainer and his Aaha Learning associates, provides a simple and very effective solution to this age old problem. The learningshop (the focus is on learning, not working) is designed for facilitators, trainers, teachers, lecturers, coaches, HR practitioners, managers, leaders, business consultants and sincere life seekers who recognize that there is a growing need and demand to re-humanise the workplace, breathe life into inanimate information and facilitate life long learning and growth.

THE NEED

Many professional communicators and educators are able to convey information in a competent, structured and predetermined way. Few are confident to operate in a "learner centered" environment. This demands creativity, innovation, spontaneity and an open ended structure that can be very intimidating. Collectively the delegates conceive and design the agenda at the beginning of the programme. In this way delegates are actively involved in the process, take responsibility for their individual and collective learning, and have a first hand experience of customer service in action. This unique process is set in motion through a future learning assignment that is completed before the learningshop to ensure that participants are adequately prepared for the journey ahead.
