In the new millennium organisations, societies and nations are going to need much more than intelligent individuals and task focussed teams. What is going to make the difference between success and failure is the establishment and maintenance of integrated workplace communities. Like the internet these communities will be holistically integrated networks that are co-created and maintained by all its members. In a workplace community people:

For the past 19 years Bruce and his associates have used Cogmotics to develop workplace communities in families, schools, businesses, organisations and companies in South Africa. These interventions have done much to promote and practically implement many of the ideals espoused by Nelson Mandela’s vision of a rainbow nation.
