THE PRISON OF PREJUDICE,
THE PAIN OF DISCRIMINATION

Some of the critical and real choices facing all people are:

CO-OPERATION.. or ..Competition? TOLERANCE…or…Impatience?
COMPROMISE or …Confrontation? UNDERSTANDING…or Conflict?

There can be little doubt that peace and prosperity can only emerge when individuals’ consciously choose and practically express, co-operation, tolerance, compromise and understanding in their day to day living and interaction with others. Attitude and behaviour result from our perceptions and paradigms. Meaningful and lasting changes in behaviour and attitude can therefore only occur when there are changes in our perceptions and paradigms.

Eloquent arguments, emotional pleas and sophisticated models and theories are commonly offered in an attempt to change perceptions and paradigms. Historical observations and scientific facts reveal that these traditional interventions meet with relatively little success. It is our contention that there is simply no substitute for DIRECT HOLISTIC EXPERIENCE as a catalyst for real learning and change.

Using the revolutionary holistic Cogmotic approach we have designed, developed and field tested, a unique learningshop which provides delegates with an all embracing physical (gut-level), mental (cognitive), emotional (feeling), social (collective) and spiritual (intuitive) experience of prejudice and discrimination.

Attending this learningshop provides HIGHLY RELEVANT INSIGHTS into:

  • Unconscious habitual prejudices and discriminatory tendencies and behaviours
  • The cause effect relationship between prejudice and discrimination
  • The individual and collective scars of discrimination
  • The deep darkness of habitual unawareness
  • How prejudices and biases are influenced by traditions, stereotypes and ideologies
