Our Ordering, Payment, Shipping, and Return Policy
Terms and Conditions

• Orders for which payment has not been received in full will not be delivered.

• It is the buyer's own responsibility to resolve any issues that might arise between the buyer and the third-party payment provider.

• In some instances merchandise will be delivered to the nearest airport of the buyer's choice instead of directly to the buyer's postal address. This will depend on the nature of the merchandise and whether special packing methods are required, and is subject to our own discretion. A specialized Freight Forwarding Service such as South African Express Lines (SAEL) will be used in such cases.

• The buyer has to inspect the merchandise within 5 days. The buyer must have a valid reason for choosing to reject merchandise, such as wrong or damaged items. It is not a valid reason to return an item simply because the buyer no longer wants it.

• If the buyer rejects the merchandise during the inspection period, it must be shipped back to AAHA Learning within 10 days.

• The buyer pays shipping and insurance fees for returned merchandise, using the exact same method of shipping which was used to deliver the merchandise to the buyer.

Escrow

Escrow.com is a trusted third-party who will hold and only release your money to us once you have received the goods you ordered in satisfactory condition.

The Escrow Process

• The buyer agrees to our Escrow Terms and Conditions listed below, and then presses the "Buy via Escrow" button in the shopping cart.
  Note that Escrow accepts payment only in USD.
• The buyer enters his personal and shipping address details using the form that is displayed.
• The buyer submits his order and receives a verification email from AAHA Learning.
• AAHA Learning initiates an Escrow transaction with the buyer. The buyer is notified of this by an email from Escrow.com.
• The buyer creates an Escrow.com account and pays Escrow.com using one of Escrow's accepted payment methods.
• After payment has been secured, Escrow.com notifies us to ship the merchandise to the buyer.
• We ship the insured merchandise using an appropriate shipping method of our choice, and submit tracking information to Escrow which can also be viewed by the buyer.
• When the merchandise is delivered, the buyer marks the merchandise as received on the Escrow transaction screen.
• The buyer has 5 days to inspect the merchandise after receiving it.
• If the buyer rejects the merchandise for a valid reason, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping and insurance fees, using the same shipping method which was used to deliver the merchandise.
• If the buyer accepts the merchandise, he indicates acceptance on the Escrow transaction screen and Escrow releases the buyer's payment to AAHA Learning.
